BAYVIEW STROKE INTERVENTION CLINIC (BaSIC)
Located at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, the Bayview Stroke Intervention Clinic (BaSIC) is a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic that addresses post-stroke recovery with patients and their families, as well as conducts research focusing on stroke outcomes to enhance post-stroke care.
CURRENT RESEARCH
We are currently investigating factors related to cognitive decline post-stroke, and the influence of post-stroke depression, fatigue, and persistent symptoms on long-term recovery and quality of life for both patients and their families.
